Return Policy

Style, Size, and Design/Logo Changes

We like to move pretty quick around here. If you need to make any changes please send us an email as soon as possible. Please include your order number and any changes, along with the new design/logo file(s). We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and try our best to make it happen!

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/Misprinted Items

If the product arrives defective, we will resend free of charge. Please send us an email with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you.

Cancellations/Returns

If you would like to cancel your order please send us an email as soon as possible. We can no longer cancel your order once it has been sent to production. Due to the nature of Headliners.co custom production, we can not offer any returns or refunds once your item is in production. Except for items which have arrived to you either misprinted or damaged. If may return any noncustom item for store credit only.
